Designing your greening concept
Once we understand your space, we create a customised plant concept that works visually and biologically. We choose plants, pots, dividers, walls, or hanging elements based on your office conditions and goals. Every element has a reason behind it, from how it looks in the space to how well it can thrive there. We walk you through the concept, refine it where needed, and only move forward once it makes sense for your team, your building, and your budget.
Installing your office greenery
Our specialists handle delivery, placement, and installation in one coordinated appointment. You don’t need to manage multiple suppliers or figure out where everything should go on the day. We place each element according to the agreed concept and install air quality sensors where needed, so OxygenX can start building a clearer picture of your indoor environment from day one. This gives you a useful baseline for CO2, humidity, temperature, and light.

The timeline depends on your office size, concept, and availability. In most cases, we complete the concept, delivery, and installation within a few weeks. We’ll walk you through the expected timing before the project begins.
Our concepts work for small teams, coworking spaces, hotels, individual offices, open-plan workspaces, and multi-floor corporate headquarters. We adapt the greenery to the space, rather than forcing the space to fit one fixed package.
Our sensors can measure CO₂, humidity, temperature, and light. For a more detailed view of your indoor air quality, we can also measure PM2.5, PM10, and TVOC levels where needed.
