Sensor with connection to the company WLAN

Is the sensor connected to power? If not, please reconnect it.

Is the light on the sensor flashing green? Please unplug the cable from the sensor and reconnect it.

If the sensor is still blinking green (or light blue ), please check with your IT department if something has changed on your network (e.g. new password, new settings on the router, etc.).

If the sensor is continuously flashing dark blue, please contact Oxygen at Work.

After a short time, the light on the sensor should stop blinking. Please wait about 60 minutes and check the web application to see if you can see live data again.
Sensor connected to the hotspot

Is the sensor connected to power? If not, please reconnect it.

Is the light on the sensor flashing green? Please make sure that the hotspot device also has a power connection.

Is it still flashing green? Please press and hold the on/off button on the hotspot device (circled in red below) for 5 seconds until the green light disappears. The device will automatically reboot, so you will see a green flash, then a red and yellow/green flash before the light turns off.

Did it work out?
You can soon check on the web application whether the connection was restored successfully. Please be patient, it may take up to an hour for your most recent information to appear.
